CARDIO DANCE IS BACK, but this time...it's on the lawn!

Join us in a 45 minute cardio dance class for all fitness levels!

This class combines elements of multiple dance styles.

Exercises are moderate to high intensity low impact, choreographed to fun and motivating music, and emphasize toning of legs, arms, as well as strengthen the core.
