Decoupage workshop with Christine Mowbray

Join Dutchess County artist Christine Mowbray at the Kent Library for a creative afternoon! Christine has been creating, selling and teaching decoupage for over 20 years. During this workshop, Christine will guide participants in decorating their own beautiful decoupage glass plate! 

Registration is required as supplies are limited.
