☆ On October 16, 2021, the spacecraft Lucy launched on a mission to revolutionize our understanding of asteroids in the asteroid belt as well as trojans. 

☆ During the 12-year journey, Lucy will visit seven asteroids- one in the main asteroid belt and six of Jupiter’s trojan asteroids. 

☆During this talk, Dr. Z will discuss Lucy’s mission to and through the asteroid belt.
