DUCK BATTLE: A Duckorating Showdown & Hunt!

🐤 Duck Battle at the Kent Public Library! 🐤
All-New for January! For Adults, Children, Teens, Grandparents, Library Staff, Dogs, Cats...whatever! Registration required.

Get ready for some quack-tastic creativity! This January, patrons of all ages are invited to join our Duck Battle—a month-long decorating challenge that leads to a February scavenger hunt throughout the library.

How It Works:

1. Pick Up Your Duck-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED-FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN AND ANYONE THAT WANTS TO HAVE SOME FUN DUCKORATING
Stop by the Kent Public Library anytime in January to pick up a blank rubber duckie.

2. Get Creative
Decorate—or “duckorate”—your duck however you like! Paint it, accessorize it, dress it up… the sky’s the limit.

3. Return Your Masterpiece
Bring your decorated duck back to the library on or before January 31st.

4. February Scavenger Hunt
All decorated ducks will be hidden in plain sight around the library throughout February. Patrons can grab a Duck Scavenger Hunt Sheet, explore the library, and write down where they find each duck.

5. Win Prizes!

• All completed scavenger hunt sheets will be entered into a raffle for a gift card.
• Patrons will also vote for their favorite decorated duck, and the duck with the most votes will win a special prize!
