🧙‍♂️🌟Create Your Own Magical Potion!
Kids in Grades K-4 are invited to come to the Kent Library on Wednesday, October 15 at 4:30 pm to join us for a fun-filled STEAM workshop!
Calling all young witches and wizards! Enter the enchanting world of potion-making—no bubbling cauldron needed! In this hands-on STEAM workshop, kids will explore science, art, and a little imagination as they craft their very own “calm potions.”
Using clear bottles, swirling glitter, sequins, dried flowers, and other magical materials like “unicorn dust” and “phoenix feathers,” kids will learn how liquids move, how density and suspension work, and how colors blend—a perfect blend of science and creativity.
Each potion is unique—maybe it brings giggles, sweet dreams, or invisible powers (shh, it’s a secret spell!). Just give it a shake and watch the sparkly magic swirl.
This potion isn’t for drinking—it’s for gazing, calming, and sparking curiosity. A perfect mix of mindfulness, art, and a sprinkle of science!
