Event Details

UPDATE:Due to a forecast of North Pole weather, we’ve made a few adjustments to ensure everyone stays warm and cozy while enjoying the festivities. The below activities will still be happening but they are moving inside:

  • Carmel Band/Chorus Performance: Enjoy live music on the stage in the Children’s Section.
  • Santa and His Reindeer: Meet Santa in the Adult Section alcove.
  • Activities for Kids: Fun craft, tattoos, and a Peppermint Counting Contest await!
  • Hot Cocoa and Cookies: Warm treats will be available on the front porch (but not inside the library).

Unfortunately, because the temperature is dropping to 28 degrees this evening our outdoor Miss Marlana and Miss Chris show will be canceled, we  don’t have the space to facilitate it inside. We  hope you’ll stop by to enjoy the CHS music, meet Santa, and experience some holiday cheer with us.

Get ready for a jolly good time with the Kent Public Library’s holiday festivities! 🎅✨

*NEW THIS YEAR-we will be joined by the Carmel High School Brass instruments and Chorus members for some festive music before Santa arrives!!!!

Join Santa, Miss Chris, and their friendly reindeer on the library lawn for a magical evening filled with singing, dancing, and holiday cheer! 🎄🦌

Warm up with delicious hot cocoa and holiday treats while you create a special holiday craft. Don’t miss the chance to guess how many peppermints are in the jar for a sweet prize! 🍬☕️

This program is designed for children ages 2-7, but everyone is welcome to join in the fun.

Please register only the children who will be attending.
