✏️🎨Drawing Workshop with Keith Mueller - BACK TO BASICS OF COMPOSITION: See Still Lifes Come Alive

Enhance your creative skills with local artist Keith Mueller at the Kent Library!

This 1-day 3-hour workshop will focus on arrangement of multiple objects into a balanced, dynamic, and pleasing still-life composition. Emphasis will be on these 3 essential elements which turn even the most mundane subjects into eye-catching  wonders. You will finish with the ability to see as you’ve never seen before. 

Students will learn both basic and refined  techniques using graphite pencils to lay a foundation for more complex media: ink, pastel, acrylic, and oil. 

Individual attention will be given to both beginning and advanced artists. Basic drawing tools (paper, pencils, and erasers) will be provided, but students are encouraged to bring their own sketchbooks (9x12 or 12x16), pencils, and erasers.
