Sign up for our walking group that will help improve both
your physical and mental well-being!
Walking boosts energy levels, improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, combats depression and reduces stress. Most importantly, you can build strong friendships and have a lot of fun!!!
Remember to check in AFTERyou complete your walk!
Just ask someone at the Front Desk about the Walking Group Sign-in Clipboard! :)
9am Walking Group - Check in at 10am
10am Walking Group - Check in at 11am
11am Walking Group - Check in at 12p
Registration is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers or walking shoes.
Do not forget to bring your water bottles to hydrate!
Light rain or shine! Please dress in layers as the weather could be brisk in the mornings!
