Come celebrate Earth Week at the Kent Public Library! Children in grades2-8 are invited to the library on Tuesday, April 16th at 4:30 to learn all about worms!
Worms at Work
We’ve all seen worms outside … Come meet some “Inside Worms” ! Learn about turning food scraps into fertilizer for growing new plants - it’s called Vermicomposting. Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Volunteers, Barbara Murphy and Erin McNally, will show you how simple it is to do and how to create your own worm composting bin. Register online.
