NOTE FROM AGI KADAR, PLEASE READ

Welcome to the class! Congratulations for not letting current restrictions stop you from exercising. You will need a sturdy chair to use during class. You will hold on to it for balance and support if needed, and we will do some seated exercises sitting on the chair. You can also have a small towel and a water bottle handy. Make sure you are well hydrated and you had a meal to give you energy, but not too much or too close to the time of class to upset your stomach. Please wear comfortable clothing, appropriate for the temperature and footwear that is safe to exercise in and appropriate for your floor. Make sure you have enough room to move around and that the area is free of anything that can get in your way or trip you.

Please listen to your body and modify any exercises that are not suitable for your current condition. Please consult your health care provider for advice especially if you have not been very active and/or you have any health concerns.
